The gîtes

→ Do you have photos of the gîtes?

You can find details of the gîtes (equipment, photos, availability) by clicking here. And if you'd like more photos, don't hesitate to check out our instagram account!

→ How much do the gîtes cost?

It depends on the periods and the length of your stay. For example, during the summer period, we open our bookings by the week only. To answer your question, here are our average basic rates (subject to variation depending on the period):

The price of the reception room is €270 (including cleaning) from Saturday 12 noon to Sunday 12 noon. If you wish to use the room for longer, we will charge you €420 for the use of the room.

→ How are the kitchens in the gîtes equipped?

The gîtes are equipped with a coffee maker, kettle, fridge (with freezer), toaster, dishwasher and mini-oven. Washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablets, tea towels and sponges may be requested in advance. However, you will be charged for them.

→ Are the gîtes heated? Air-conditioned? Shaded? Are fans available?

Winter: although the gîtes are temperature-controlled to ensure an ideal temperature in both winter and summer, they are equipped with electric radiators.

Summer: the gîtes are not air-conditioned. However, a fan is available on request from reception. A few trees, parasols and insulating tarpaulins provide shade for your private terrace, not forgetting the Saulières forest which borders the residence and provides very pleasant coolness in summer.

→ Can I choose my plot?

You can choose your location after consulting the map of the residence here. Then all you have to do is call us to find out about the availability of the gîte that caught your eye!

→ Is it possible to pitch a tent in front of the accommodation?

For safety reasons, unfortunately not. We have gîtes that can accommodate from 2 to 8 people, giving our customers a wide choice. Don't hesitate to contact us for specific requests!

→ How much can you sleep in a gîte? If necessary, is it possible to bring inflatable mattresses?

The maximum capacity of the lodges is 8 people (in the lodges concerned). For safety reasons, we cannot accept more people sleeping on their own.

→ Where have the sheep gone?

Since the spring of 2023, we no longer have any ewes on site and we are the first to be saddened by this. An unforeseen episode led us to part with them... we hope to find them soon.

→ What about the bees?

We'd really like to have bees back on the site. But our first experience made us realise that this would involve a lot of dedicated time and organisation. We're not giving up on the project for good, but we're taking the time to rethink it so that we can set it up properly.

When you arrive, you have 2 car parks to park your car. For our part, we will transport your luggage on request (In July and August, this service will take place the day before your departure on request).
