Renting a gîte for a long period
What if we reinvented the professional stay together? A one-off assignment for a customer, a worksite lasting a few months, a shoot lasting several weeks, a replacement, a trial period... are all reasons why you may need to find temporary accommodation.
We can offer you furnished, equipped accommodation with hotel services for a week, a month or several months. Whatever the duration and number of people, we can adapt our services to suit.
All year round, except summer
Ideally located just 10 minutes from the A20 and A89 motorways and Brive, the gites at the Résidence des Collines are available for long-term rental, except in July and August. At the residence, you'll feel right at home, for the duration of an assignment or to settle down for good in our lovely region.

And our services and facilities are available all year round, no matter how long you're staying!
The residence's accommodation includes everything you need for temporary living. They have a fully-equipped living room/kitchen, wifi with 3 access points per unit, HD TV screen, dishwasher, ceramic hob, mini-oven and microwave.

Monthly rates applied* (excluding July and August) :
- Lodge 1/2 pers. : 800€
- Lodge 4/6 pers.: 990€
- Lodge 6/8 pers. : 1130€
For companies with regular needs wishing to take out an annual contract, discounted rates are available:
- Lodge 1/2 pers.: 700€
- Lodge 4/6 people: €940
- Lodge 6/8 pers.: 1080€
